The technology solution recommended for my business is Mobile Commerce. The solution is appropriate for my business because consumer buying habit is changing and they are preferring to conduct transactions online using mobile devices, thus, giving rise to mobile commerce.

1. It will provide efficient analytics to the business.

2. It will allow the business to have an efficient customer reach.

3. It will also help the business in doing efficient marketing.

It will allow the business to reach a large number of people and will help the business in gaining customer data which will further help in fulfilling customers' needs efficiently and effectively. When the customers' needs will be fulfilled and they will be satisfied, the company will benefit from increased brand loyalty, increased sales, and higher profits, which will indicate the growth of the business.

The technology solution recommended for my business is Mobile Commerce. Mobile commerce is also called m-commerce. It is described as the use of wireless handheld devices (like a tablet, smartphone, or laptop) for conducting commercial transactions involving payment of bills, online banking, and buying and selling products.

The solution is appropriate for my business because buying habits of consumers are changing and they are preferring to conduct transactions online using mobile devices, thus, giving rise to m-commerce. M-commerce has become central to consumer buying habits. Thus, it is high time that my company should provide platforms like providing its mobile app or mobile-friendly website where people find it easy to buy the products in which the company deals in. This will provide the company with more customers, profits, and growth opportunities.
