PROJECT STEPS

1.You are working on a presentation ±or a new online marketing campaign±or HI FROM HOME, a company that creates and sends custom care packages tostudents away at college. Begin by ±ormatting Slide 1 (“HI FROM HOME”) as±ollows:

a.Changethe subtitle ±ont color toAqua, Accent 2, Darker 50%(6thcolumn, 6throw o± the Theme Colors palette).

b.Change the subtitle ±ont size to28 pt.

2.With Slide 1 still displaying, ±ormat the picture by applying theOfsetCentere²ect ±rom the Outer section o± the Shadow Picture E²ects gallery.

3.Slide 2 (“EPIC ENJOYMENT”), ±ormat text as ±ollows:a.LeFtalign the title text.b.Use the Format Painter to apply the ±ormatting ±rom the text “A TASTE OFHOME” to the text “Healthy Snacks” and “Just ±or Fun”.

5.With Slide 2 still displaying, insert and modify an audio ±le as follows:

a.Insert the audio ±leSupport_SC_PPT16_CS1-3a_Arrival.mp3, availablefor download from the SAM website.

b.Drag the audio icon to the upper-right corner of the slide.

c.Set the audio clip to start playing automatically.

d.Rewind the audio clip after playing.

e.Hide the audio clip during a slide show.

6.On Slide 3 (no title), to createan attention-getting title,insert a WordArttext box as follows:

a.Use theFill – Gold, Accent 3, Sharp Bevelstyle.

b.TypeOUR MISSIONin the WordArt text box.

c.Apply theTriangle DownTransform text e²ect from the Warp section.

d.Use Smart Guides to position the WordArt at the top of the slide as shownin Figure 2 on the next page.
