the issues are "The project is Yellow because of two issues reported this week that may affect resources and timeline to remove the handheld units by the end of December 2020; 1. A support system upgrade may be required to enable functionality required in this delivery and 2. An issue was identified late November 12, for Ontario V8->20 sites, that may require a new package Upgrade".
the mangers of the project found some solutions to make the project go green again which they are :
1. Validate Business Case for support system upgrade (Business Lead16-NOV)
2. Assess impact and build a plan to correct the Ontario issue (IT Lead 16-NOV)
3. KDP with a recommendation to SteerCo, if necessary (Business Lead, IT Lead, PM 17-NOV).
XYZ Replacement had some more issues in week 5 made the project go again to the yellow stage one more time
the issues are :
Monday:
Hardware delivery will be delayed
Business Lead validates Workaround will suffice. No Upgrade will be required.
Fix for Ontario Issue has been established. But will require more than 4 resources to resolve before the end of the week, then you currently have. The urgency to fix store orders.
Tuesday:
All staff instructed to work from home beginning the following week. Not all staff are equipped technically to do so.
Travel restrictions and isolation bans are affecting the plans for Onsite and in-store training planned for the week of April 16 (5 weeks away).
Wednesday
Store Reports coverage issue affecting the ability to place orders with a new unit.
