PROJECT STEPS

1.

The Rare Air Ski Association is a coalition of hundreds of ski resorts that help

reduce their emissions of greenhouse gases. As part of their outreach

marketing, you are developing a presentation for teenaged skiers to teach them

about atmospheric science. To coordinate the colors in the presentation with the

photos, change the theme colors to

Blue

.

On Slide 1 (“Rare Air Ski Association”), u

se Smart Guides to position the subtitle

to the right of the title as shown in Figure 1 in the Instructions file.

On Slide 2 (“SKI AREAS SET THE STANDARD”),

right-align

the title text

paragraph.

With Slide 2 still displaying, insert and modify an audio file as follows:

a.

Insert the audio file

Drag the audio icon to the lower-right corner of the slide.

Bring the text box to the front of the stacking order.

b.

Use Smart Guides to position the text box in the middle of the picture as

shown in Figure 2 in the Instructions file. (

: Drag the text box towards

the middle of the picture slowly. If Smart Guides do not appear, position

the text box in the approximate middle of the picture. The edge of the text

box should not overlap the edge of the picture.)

changes to the content placeholders to draw attention to the bulleted list:
